The Senior Manager, Process Engineering Work Centre Head is responsible for the safe operation and leadership of a process engineering work centre within the Limerick wafer fabrication facility. The role has overall accountability for safety, quality, output, process capability, tool performance, and people leadership across a portfolio of precision analogue, CMOS, BiCMOS, bipolar, sensor, MEMS, and actuator technologies. Reporting to the Process Engineering Director, this leader will ensure world‑class execution of sustaining operations while driving continuous improvement in manufacturing performance and supporting the development and introduction of future process technologies. The role is responsible for building a high‑performing engineering organisation that delivers superior safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and business results. This position is a key member of the Wafer Fab Management Team and is expected to provide leadership beyond their immediate area of responsibility. The role requires a fab‑wide perspective, contributing to site strategy, organisational development, operational excellence, and the achievement of overall business objectives.
