Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Process Engineering Work Centre Head to lead the Limerick wafer fabrication work centre. You will own safety, process capability, quality performance, and tool effectiveness while delivering output commitments and improving cycle time.

You will build a high-performing engineering organisation, drive technology development and ensure successful transfer of new processes into high-volume manufacturing.

The role has overall accountability for safety, quality, output, process capability, tool performance, and people leadership across a portfolio of precision analogue, CMOS, BiCMOS, bipolar, sensor, MEMS, and actuator technologies.Reporting to the Process Engineering Director, this leader will ensure world-class execution of sustaining operations while driving continuous improvement in manufacturing performance and supporting the development and introduction of future process technologies. The role is responsible for building a high-performing engineering organisation that delivers superior safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and business results.This position is a key member of the Wafer Fab Management Team and is expected to provide leadership beyond their immediate area of responsibility.
