Job summary

State Street seeks an executive-level Security Guardian — Blockchain & Smart Contract Security to guide cyber risk advisory for the digital product line. Lead collaboration with development and cybersecurity peers to protect blockchain systems, identify vulnerabilities, and implement CCSS controls.

The role focuses on transforming information security, strengthening resiliency, and advising senior management on risk mitigations, new attack vectors, and securing decentralized applications.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cybersecurity experience with 3+ years in financial services.
• 2+ years with blockchain technologies in operational settings.
• Experience partnering with business leadership on enterprise projects.
• Strong communication and advisory skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead cyber risk assessments at application/platform/system levels.
• Design end-to-end cyber remediation solutions to remediate risk.
• Oversee timely remediation of cyber issues aligned to digital products.
• Provide guidance to senior management on security matters, attacks, and blockchain security.
