Job summary

Citi Dublin seeks a Director, Operations Agentic Workflow & Implementation to lead AI workflow design and scaled delivery across the firm. You will partner with product, operations, technology, and risk to embed AI, drive governance, and achieve measurable outcomes.

You will manage senior managers, shape strategy, and ensure production‑grade controls while navigating regulatory and risk considerations in a large financial institution.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in operations with 8–10 years leading large teams.
• Strategic planning across cross‑functional environments with budget accountability.
• Deep knowledge of process design and automation in operations.
• Strong risk management, governance, and compliance mindset.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of agentic AI workflows at scale.
• Define strategic direction and governance frameworks for AI-enabled operations.
• Partner with Operations, Technology, Product, and Risk to redesign processes and embed AI agents.
• Implement measurement framework tracking cost efficiency, cycle time, accuracy, risk, and employee experience.
• Manage transition of AI solutions from pilot to production with robust controls.
• Lead and develop senior operations managers across large teams; set performance and hiring decisions.
• Negotiate and influence at senior leadership level aligning AI priorities with risk appetite.
