Job summary

Ergo IT Recruitment Services seeks a Customer Success Manager with VMware background to drive adoption, retention and growth of VMware Cloud Foundation across Ireland and the UK. Hybrid role with occasional visits to the Dublin office and client sites.

You will monitor health, usage and engagement, proactively identifying opportunities and risks while guiding customers through onboarding, renewals and licensing transitions. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success or related role.
Strong understanding of data center virtualization and private/hybrid cloud.
Experience with VMware ecosystem products.
Experience dealing with C-level stakeholders and strong analytical/presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

Drive adoption and utilization of VMware Cloud Foundation across accounts.
Monitor customer health, usage trends and engagement to identify opportunities/risks.
Promote expansion of value through additional VCF solutions and add-ons.
Guide post-sales onboarding, renewals, licensing transitions, migrations.
Define KPIs and success metrics to demonstrate business value.
Conduct Executive Strategic Reviews detailing consumption and optimization paths.
Identify deployment challenges and renewal risks.
Collaborate with TAMs, solution architects, support, product specialists and sales.
