Job summary

Brown Thomas Arnotts is seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising Team Lead to drive world-class displays and brand execution across stores. You will lead stylists and merchandisers, ensuring creative standards align with the Reinventing Retail vision.

You will collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Manager and cross-functional teams, mentor staff, and manage budgets while delivering impactful campaigns and space optimisation for key categories.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Visual Merchandising, Art or Design preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in visual merchandising within retail or luxury environments.
• Strong brand presentation and customer experience understanding.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead VM team to deliver brand and creative standards across stores.
• Oversee window, mannequin and in-store visual execution.
• Conduct floor walks to review standards and report opportunities.
• Develop floor plans, merchandising schemes and display concepts.
• Collaborate with Buying, Marketing and Store Design on campaigns.
• Support installations and seasonal campaigns with the team.
• Mentor team members and provide on-the-job training.
• Maintain visuals, props and displays within budget.
• Identify commercial opportunities and optimise space by category.
• Uphold health, safety and compliance across all installations.
