Guinness Storehouse is seeking a Visitor Experience Assistant Manager in Dublin to lead day-to-day operations across multiple areas, driving exceptional guest experiences while upholding safety and service standards. You will coach and empower a diverse team, influence performance, and contribute to the attraction's commercial success.

The role requires 3-5+ years in leadership within hospitality or visitor attractions, with a passion for customer service and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, retail or visitor attractions.
• Experience coaching and developing teams to deliver strong performance.
• A passion for excellent customer or guest experiences and consistently high service standards.
• Strong communication skills, sound judgement and confidence making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach, with commercial awareness and an interest in improving performance.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop a diverse, multi-functional team, using regular feedback and performance management to build an engaged, high-performing culture.
• Oversee daily operations across multiple areas of the attraction, ensuring efficient delivery and compliance with health, safety and operational standards.
• Maintain a visible, approachable presence on the floor, especially during peak periods, supporting colleagues and making timely decisions to resolve issues.
• Champion excellent guest service by role-modelling best practice and setting clear expectations for every guest interaction.
• Communicate clearly between frontline teams and senior management, using briefings and working closely with Retail, Commercial, Archives and other departments.
• Respond confidently to changing priorities, busy periods and unexpected challenges, helping the team maintain a smooth guest experience.
• Use performance data and operational insight, including guest flow and efficiency, to identify improvements and support business targets.
