Job summary

Guinness Storehouse is seeking a proactive Event Sales Executive to coordinate and manage sales events within the team. You will promote Guinness Storehouse and Aramark Ireland, handling enquiries, proposals, planning meetings, contracting, and billing to ensure a seamless client journey.

The role requires 2+ years in tourism/hospitality events, excellent communication, and strong planning abilities, with flexibility for evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in Tourism / Hospitality within conferences, banqueting or corporate events.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong planning, organizing, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate events and liaise with all departments within Guinness Storehouse.
• Manage full client journey: enquiry, proposals, planning meetings, contracting and final details, billing.
