Audi Centre Dublin is seeking a highly organized Vehicle Progression & Digital Marketing Executive to support our busy retail operation. This role blends vehicle administration, stock management, and digital marketing to showcase our Audi stock online.

You will work closely with Sales and Management to move vehicles through the sales process while maintaining a strong online presence across listings and campaigns. 40-hour week; €31,000 basic salary; Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable using digital systems and IT tools.
• Interest in digital marketing, social media, or online advertising.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in automotive administration or marketing is helpful.

Responsabilités

• Manage the progression of new and used vehicle orders from purchase to delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely prep and delivery.
• Track stock and maintain records in internal systems.
• Support Sales with vehicle sales administration and handovers.
• Create and maintain vehicle adverts across online platforms.
• Maintain accurate listings, photograph stock, and assist campaigns.
