Uniphar in Dublin seeks an Orthopaedic Upper Limb & MAKO Sales Specialist to drive the Upper Limb portfolio and MAKO robotics adoption across ROI hospitals. You will lead portfolio strategy, installations, training and ongoing clinical support for surgeons and theatre teams.

The role requires a proven medical sales track record, strong cross‑functional collaboration, and excellent communication skills to build lasting relationships with key customers while achieving quarterly and annual targets.

Qualifications

• A higher education qualification and aptitude for learning new surgical technologies.
• Science/engineering graduate preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years’ successful track record in medical sales or hospital healthcare service.
• Strong commercial and business acumen; ability to carry out risk/return analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; customer facing role.

Responsibilities

• Own the Upper Limb portfolio within assigned accounts.
• Lead MAKO Robotics & Navigation portfolio, including installations, training, and utilisation growth.
• Provide high‑level clinical and technical support to surgeons, theatre teams, radiology, and sterile services.
• Achieve sales, utilisation, and market share objectives across both portfolios.
• Coordinate case coverage and loan kit scheduling; manage complex workflows across robotics, implants, navigation, and theatre scheduling.
