Job summary

Independent Search Solutions Ltd is seeking an Ortho Sales Account Manager (Recon & Robotics) to cover the Dublin Ireland East Region, selling orthopaedic devices to hospitals and engaging surgeons. The role requires early theatre mornings and relationship-building with key surgeons within the territory.

Applicants should have 2–5 years hospital orthopaedic sales or equivalent scrub nurse experience in Ireland, or 3+ years in Surgical Orthopaedic medical device R&D, with growth prospects through

Qualifications

• 2–5 Years Hospital Sales Experience (Ortho Surgical Sales)
• Or 3 Years Plus working as an Ortho Scrub Nurse in Ireland
• Or 3 Years Plus Surgical Ortho Medical Device R&D background

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with key customers into lasting business partnerships
• Achievement of sales plans on a quarterly and annual basis
• Assist customers with clinical, technical and commercial inquiries
• Business planning and implementation throughout area of responsibility
• Development of new business opportunities and determination of new client and market potential
• Provide feedback on customers, promotional programs, and environmental changes and provide ideas to improve product and company performance in the marketplace
• Implementation of new product launches and other corporate activities within area of responsibility
• Attendance at relevant conferences and meetings

Job description

My client which is one of the worlds most recognisable Orthopaedic brands has role for an Ortho Surgical Specialist for the Ireland East Territory.

You will ideally be based in Dublin or surrounding counties to cover the main Ortho Hospitals in the region.

The products will be focused on Upper Limb Surgery; and will operate in an elective environment, thus you are expected in-theatre early in the morning and free in the late afternoon to talk with and build relationships with the Surgeons.

You will ideally be already selling Ortho Surgical Devices for a competitor and wish to move for a better package (€), to sell better products or are simply looking for a change.

I am also willing to consider Talent who wish to break into Ortho Sales, but you must have a grounding in Surgical Orthopaedics (Scrub Nurse, Physio etc)

Role:

The Ortho Sales Specialist will achieve sales and market share objectives by selling and demonstrating a range of Medical Devices to a large customer base of hospitals across Territory.

Duties:
