Job summary

Tekno Surgical is recruiting an Orthopaedic Upper Limb & MAKO Sales Specialist to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. The role will be primarily based in Dublin with occasional travel to other ROI regions to service surgeons and hospitals.

You will own the Upper Limb portfolio, lead MAKO robotics, provide clinical and technical support, and drive adoption with surgeons and theatre teams across ROI, delivering training and product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• A Higher Education Qualification and an aptitude for learning new Surgical Technologies.
• A science/engineering graduate is preferable
• Ideally a minimum of 3+ years’ successful track record in medical sales or healthcare service in the hospital environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of the Upper Limb Extremities portfolio and associated implant systems.
• Leading the MAKO Robotics & Navigation portfolio, including installations, training, and utilisation growth.
• Providing high‑level clinical and technical support to surgeons, theatre teams, radiology, and sterile services.
• Achieving sales, utilisation, and market share objectives across both portfolios.
• Acting as a trusted partner to key surgeons and hospital stakeholders.
• Coordinate case coverage and loan kit scheduling.
