The Digital & Direct Customer Experience Advisor will join a high‑energy team to deliver best‑in‑class service across inbound, outbound and digital channels, guiding customers through loans, savings and investments with a compliant, right-first‑time approach.

Qualifications

• APA in Loans and/or Savings & Investments with up-to-date CPD hours for relevant CPD years.
• Strong English language skills verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and advise customers through their financial needs journey where qualified.
• Ensure accuracy with quality focus and right-first-time approach.
• Support customers across inbound, outbound and digital channels.
• Build exceptional customer relationships and meet service level agreements.
• Take ownership and resolve customer queries in a professional, compliant manner.
