Job summary

PTSB in Ireland invites applications for an Insurance & Deposit Advisor in our Customer Contact Centre. You will provide advice and day-to-day transactional support to customers across deposit and home insurance products, helping them achieve their financial goals through inbound and outbound calls.

Full training will be provided, and we support your progression toward professional qualifications to advance your banking career.

Qualifications

• The candidate should hold a professional qualification in banking or finance (APA in Loans/Investments or QFA).

Responsibilities

• Support customers with day-to-day deposit and home insurance needs.
• Respond to queries regarding everyday banking services.
• Build relationships with customers and partners within service level agreements.
• Provide product and service advice that meets customers' financial needs.
• Conduct outbound calls to discuss options with existing deposit and new home insurance customers.
• Work both in a team and independently.

Our focus is to deliver an exceptional Customer experience by blending the most up to date technology with our highly skilled and trained people, through inbound and outbound phone calls.

Responsibilities

• Support our customers with their day-to-day Deposit & Home Insurance needs where qualified to do so.
• As required, respond to queries regarding our customer's everyday banking needs.
• Interact and build relationships with customers and other partners while operating within agreed service level agreements.
• Provide advice to customers on products and services that meet their financial needs.
• As required, complete outbound calls with existing Deposit customers and new Home Insurance customers to discuss options available.
• Work as part of a team and on own initiative.

This is a permanent role based in BlackRock (Hybrid Options available within Republic of Ireland only)
