Qualifications

• Proven track record leading Sales Managers to revenue growth.
• Experience selling into UK & Ireland with regional insights.
• Proven ability to take an established sales org upmarket and increase deal value.
• Experience with high-velocity and complex multi-stakeholder sales.

Responsibilities

• Own UKI revenue growth and regional strategy.
• Lead and coach Sales Managers and Account Executives.
• Drive pipeline reviews, forecasts, and reporting.
• Develop upmarket opportunities and strategic deals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Solutions Consulting, post-sales, Product and Revenue Operations.
• Balance strategic selling with speed to maintain high-velocity performance.
