ServiceNow is scaling fast across EMEA and creating a brand-new team for the UKI region, based in Dublin, Ireland. We seek a Distributor Sales Acceleration Manager to drive pre-buy realization, pipeline velocity, and partner enablement with regional leadership.

This high-visibility role requires a data-driven mindset, strong channel sales experience, and the ability to own cross-functional programs in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making.
• 10+ years in sales or partner management / consulting.
• Strong channel sales experience with distributor model knowledge.
• Data-driven decision making with measurable numbers.
• Executive presence with regional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own Pre-Buy Burndown & Pipeline Velocity for the UKI region.
• Design Regional Acceleration Plays to drive distributor momentum.
• Lead Partner Onboarding & Enablement to accelerate sales.
• Expand Coverage Ratio to build a sustainable 3:1 pipeline.
• Coordinate Daily Alignment with EXN & ServiceNow Leadership.
• Oversee Deal Registration & Pipeline Management to keep deals moving.
