Job summary

ServiceNow, Inc. is seeking a Distributor Sales Acceleration Manager for the UKI region, based in Dublin, Ireland. This high-visibility role drives pre-buy burn-down, partner enablement, and an aggressive 3:1 pipeline strategy with exclusive network coordination.

You will own regional programs, ensure rapid partner onboarding, and report directly to regional leadership to accelerate distributor-led growth in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales or 10+ years in partner management, solution consulting or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of pre-buy realization targets for the UKI region, driving daily execution and removing blockers.
• Design and lead regional accelerator programs across distributor and partner ecosystems.
• Onboard and enable partners to sell and deliver ServiceNow at pace.
• Build a 3:1 pipeline engine for sustainable organic growth for Year 2.
• Coordinate with Exclusive Networks (EXN) and ServiceNow leadership to align strategy and execution.
