Transaction Network Services seeks a Country Manager UK&I to lead the UK & Ireland business from Ireland, reporting to the SVP, Managing Director EMEA. You will drive revenue, build high-performing sales and account-management teams, and expand into new verticals, shaping GTM strategy and executing business development with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• Proven leadership in B2B and mid-market sales in fintech.
• Experience leading teams in a matrix organization.
• Strong business and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with a win-win mindset.
• Ability to manage direct and indirect sales teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• MBA or technical degree is a plus.
• Proven relationships in Payments, Network Security, Unattended and Parking.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the sales organization to achieve revenue targets.
• Own P&L for the country/region and support global expansion.
• Recruit and develop Sales, Business Development and Account Management teams.
• Develop short- and long-term GTM plans with the MD EMEA.
• Identify new sales channels and distributors to diversify revenue streams.
• Collaborate with Product Development to identify growth opportunities.
• Forecasting, pipeline development, and contract management.
• Lead cross-functional teams to align priorities and budgets.
