Job summary

Clio seeks a General Manager for UK & Ireland to own strategy, revenue and the regional team. Based in Dublin, you will partner with leaders across product, engineering, marketing and revenue operations to accelerate growth in the UK and Ireland.

You will define market strategy, build leadership, recruit top talent, and represent Clio at events and with partners. Requires 8+ years in revenue leadership, and strong UKI market fluency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in revenue leadership, including 5+ years leading second-line managers.
• Track record of owning a regional P&L or comparable revenue mandate and delivering results.
• Experience scaling a B2B SaaS sales organisation through growth.
• Fluency in the UK and Ireland markets and regional nuances that matter.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and own revenue targets for UKI.
• Define how Clio grows its present across segments and routes to market.
• Collaborate with revenue operations to plan execution, compensation, enablement and incentives.
• Directly manage and expand the UKI sales team; recruit leadership and foster a high-performance culture.
• Build cross-functional relationships with product, engineering, marketing, customer success and operations.
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns and generate qualified leads.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes in legal tech.
• Represent Clio at events and with partners to expand presence in UKI.
