Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning and design of transport projects in Ireland. Based in Dublin or Dundalk, you will manage road, rail and active travel schemes, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.

Key requirements include a degree in engineering, Chartered Engineer status, and strong experience in consultancy transport projects. The role involves statutory processes, procurement, contracts, and commercial oversight.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and design of transport projects.
• Educated to degree level in engineering (Level 8/9).
• Chartered Engineer.
• Experience in management, planning and design of transportation schemes (preferably in Ireland).
• Experience in managing multi-disciplinary design teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage, plan and design road, rail, public transport and active travel projects across Ireland.
• Input to statutory processes (EIAR, CPO etc), procurement processes and preparation of contract documents.
• Contract administration, construction supervision and commercial management.
