Job summary

ACCPRO is seeking an experienced Resource Planning Specialist to join its Business Improvement function in Dublin. You’ll ensure the right people and equipment are available to meet demand and service levels while collaborating with operational leaders.

You’ll develop short- and medium-term plans, create rosters, support budgeting, and produce dashboards. Strong Excel and Power BI skills, plus ERP experience, are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years in workforce/resource planning, scheduling or analytics in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, analytical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI.
• Experience using workforce planning, resource management or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short- and medium-term workforce and equipment plans aligned with demand.
• Create and maintain operational rosters and scheduling.
• Support budgeting and resource planning activities.
• Analyze workforce demand, capacity, utilization and productivity metrics.
• Monitor roster performance and mitigate resource risks.
• Develop deployment rules aligned with service levels and KPIs.
• Evaluate resource requests against budgets and requirements.
• Produce regular and ad hoc workforce planning reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with operational managers to implement improved planning processes.
• Develop ad hoc manpower/equipment plans for operational changes.
