Job summary

ESB is seeking a Transmission Performance & Reporting professional to support TAO/TSO processes, performance monitoring and annual reporting for CRU. This nationally focused role requires coordinating with EirGrid, Regulation, Programme and Finance teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, data analysis and cross-team collaboration to drive improvements in transmission planning and delivery while maintaining compliance and transparency.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance monitoring and reporting.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Motivated self-starter who works well in a team.
• Knowledge of ESB Networks Transmission business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain proactive relationships with EirGrid and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate across ESB teams to deliver TAO requirements.
• Monitor and report transmission delivery with emphasis on incentive income.
• Lead improvements in TAO/TSO processes and the Transmission Outage Programme.
• Support innovative plans to enhance TAO/TSO collaboration and data exchange.
