Job summary

SEI Investments in Dublin, Ireland, seeks a Transformation Lead for Investor Services to challenge current ways of working and drive automation and standardisation across operating models.

You will review procedures, partner with management to implement future-state improvements, use data analysis and AI-enabled tools to reduce manual effort, and mentor teams through change, delivering measurable improvements in quality and client service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in transfer agency or investor services with private markets exposure.
• Track record in process improvement, automation and operating model changes.
• Strong analytical skills to map current and future state processes.
• Experience using MI or workflow data to measure impact.
• Knowledge of capital calls, distributions and investor servicing requirements.
• Experience partnering with technology teams to deliver workflow improvements.
• Third level degree in Finance, Business, Technology, Data, Operations or related field.

Responsibilities

• Act as transformation lead to simplify and automate processes.
• Review procedures to identify inefficiencies and risk.
• Define future-state operating models to improve scalability and client service.
• Assess Investor Services processes like data maintenance and onboarding.
• Develop prioritised recommendations with action plans and timelines.
• Collaborate across Investor Services, AML, Technology and Relationship Management.
• Leverage AI-enabled solutions and data analysis to reduce manual effort.
• Create process maps, procedures and training materials.
• Monitor impact with metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Support training and mentoring of team members.
