SEI Corporation seeks an experienced Transformation Lead within Investor Services to drive process improvement and change across the operating model. This newly created position sits within the Alternatives unit of SEI and is designed for an experienced Assistant Manager who will act as a Transformation Lead within Investor Services. The role will focus on reviewing current processes, challenging existing ways of working and identifying practical opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, scalability, control and client outcomes across the operating model. The successful candidate will work closely with Investor Services management and key stakeholders across Client Operations, AML, Technology, Relationship Management and other business units to assess current-state processes, define future-state improvements and support the implementation of sustainable change. Candidates must have a strong understanding of Private Markets structures and associated transfer agency processes, together with the curiosity, judgement and credibility to challenge constructively and drive meaningful operational improvement.

Positive 'can do' attitude with the courage to ask difficult questions and the judgement to propose practical solutions.
