Job summary

Northern Trust is hiring a Consultant in Transfer Agency (TA) and Tax Transparent Funds (TTF) Hub in Ireland. You will support clients and investors from onboarding through the full TTF lifecycle, ensuring accurate tax filings and timely regulatory reporting.

The role requires a degree or relevant experience, strong numerical/analytical skills, and excellent communication. You’ll work with multiple teams across jurisdictions and contribute to process improvements while maintaining service

Responsibilities

• Support clients and investors through the TA/TTF lifecycle onboarding.
• Complete and review tax regulatory filings (IUT, FATCA, CRS).
• Prepare and review tax reporting for accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain operating procedures to enhance client experience and service quality.
• Respond to queries from clients, investors, and internal teams.
• Liaise across teams and jurisdictions on projects and improvements.
