Job summary

Skillfinder International is seeking a Senior Transfer Agency Dealing Specialist / Technical Coordinator to join our Dublin-based Dealing team. This hybrid role combines client ownership, operational oversight and hands-on technical support for junior colleagues.

You will act as an escalation point, produce client reporting, oversee offshore processing and help drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with TA policies and risk controls.

• Dublin | Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite
• Rate: Up to €35 per Hour
• Contract Length: 31 December 2026 + Extension confirmation in Nov/Dec

An establishedglobal financial services and asset servicing organisationis looking for an experiencedTransfer Agency professionalto join its Dublin-based Dealing team as a Technical Coordinator.

This is a hands-on role sitting within Transfer Agency Dealing, combiningclient ownership, operational oversight, query resolution and technical supportfor junior colleagues.

You'll work as part of a dedicated team providing a high-touch service to a portfolio of Transfer Agency clients, while acting as an escalation point and supporting the Team Leader with the day-to-day running of the function.

What You'll Be Doing

• Take ownershipofTransferAgency Dealingactivityforassigned clients.
• Provide day-to-day oversight of offshore processing, focusing onqualityand timeliness.
• Act as an escalation point for unresolved dealing issues and support junior team members.
• Support and deputise for the Team Leader when required.
• Produce and oversee client reporting, includingprediction, cash and register reports.
• Manage and analyse workflow queues to ensure deadlines and service levels are achieved.
• Respond to client and investor queries accurately and within agreed timeframes.
• Review and resolve complex operational queries.
• Maintain procedures, controls and operational checklists.
• Complete data protection checks and ensure external communications comply with TA policies.
• Work closely with other Transfer Agency functions, including Registration, Finance, Investor Services and New Business.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and contribute to process changes.
• Act as asubject-matter expert and mentorto more junior colleagues.
• Support internal projects and wider business initiatives.
• Ensure activity complies with relevant regulations, internal policies and risk-management requirements.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• PreviousTransfer Agency experience.
• Financial Services experience.
• Strong understandingofTransfer Agency operations and dealing processes.
• Ability to investigate and resolve complex queries.
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Highly Desirable:

• Experience withinTA Dealing / Fund Administration.
• Previous client-facing experience.
• Experience providing oversight of offshore or outsourced operational teams.
• Understanding of the regulatory and risk environment surrounding Transfer Agency.
• Experience mentoring junior team members or acting as an SME/escalation point.
• College or university qualification.
