Job summary

FRS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a Dublin-based hybrid contract role focused on Transfer Agency projects. You will drive client onboarding, fund launches and operational change, owning delivery from planning through to implementation and transition.

Responsibilities span coordinating multiple teams, managing plans and dependencies, and ensuring milestones are met, with strong emphasis on governance, risk, and stakeholder communications in a regulated financial

Qualifications

• Solid experience delivering TA or fund administration projects.
• Background in onboarding, launches, conversions or migrations.
• Experience in regulated financial services environments.
• Strong TA knowledge across investor/fund lifecycle.
• Ability to manage plans, risks, issues and communications.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams in a matrix org.
• Exposure to UAT, data/migration, cutover and readiness.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery from scoping to implementation and handover.
• Build and maintain delivery plans, milestones, actions, risks and dependencies.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Data, Change, Risk, Compliance.
• Act as main contact for stakeholders; provide updates and governance docs.
• Coordinate readiness activities ahead of go-live, including testing and cutover.
• Monitor progress and address issues impacting delivery.
• Support continuous improvement of onboarding processes and delivery standards.

Senior Project Manager: Hybrid - Dublin - Contract

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong Transfer Agency experience to join a major client onboarding and change programme in Dublin.

This is a contract opportunity for someone who has worked on Transfer Agency implementations, fund launches, client conversions or operational change, and is comfortable taking ownership of projects from initial planning through to implementation and transition.

You will work across a range of business and delivery teams, coordinating activity, managing dependencies and ensuring projects remain on track through key implementation milestones.

Responsibilities:

• Managing project delivery from initial scoping and mobilisation through testing, implementation and handover
• Building and maintaining delivery plans, milestones, actions, risks, issues and dependencies
• Working closely with Operations, Technology, Data, Change, Risk, Compliance
• Acting as a key contact for project stakeholders: project updates, governance documentation etc
• Coordinating readiness activity ahead of implementation, including testing, operational preparation, dress rehearsals and cutover
• Monitoring progress and proactively addressing issues that could impact delivery
• Supporting continuous improvement of project processes, onboarding practices and delivery standards

Experience:

• Solid experience delivering projects within Transfer Agency or fund administration
• A background in client onboarding, fund launches, conversions, migrations or operational change
• Experience managing projects within a regulated financial services environment
• Strong knowledge of Transfer Agency processes and the wider investor/fund lifecycle
• Managing project plans, dependencies, risks, issues and stakeholder communications
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and workstreams within a matrix organisation
• Exposure to implementation activities such as UAT, model office, operational readiness, data migration, technical readiness, cutover or transition
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities
• A recognised project management qualification such as PMP or PRINCE2
