Job summary

Camden Recruitment Partners has a Dublin-based opportunity for a Transfer Agency specialist to join our client's team in the city centre. You will manage investor dealing activity, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and switches, ensuring compliance with fund requirements and internal controls.

You will handle daily cash reconciliations, maintain investor records, coordinate reporting and KPI metrics, and provide high-quality support to clients and shareholders while building strong

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
• End-to-end transfer agency knowledge.
• Ability to work as part of a team to strict deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and accurately process investor dealing activity, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and switches.
• Perform daily cash reconciliations, operational checks and oversee outsourced activities.
• Maintain investor records, including new shareholder registrations, account maintenance and static data updates.
• Coordinate investor and fund reporting, distributions, dividend payments and KPI reporting.
• Provide high-quantity client and shareholder support, resolving queries and identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce risk.

Our client, a high performing global financial organisation is seeking a Transfer Agency specialist to join their Dublin team. Reporting directly to the head ton Transfer Agency they will be responsible for dealing orders and Investor queries. The role is based in the city centre and offers fantastic exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and accurately process investor dealing activity, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and switches, in accordance with fund requirements and internal controls.
• Perform daily cash reconciliations, operational checks and oversight of outsourced activities, escalating discrepancies and risks where required.
• Maintain investor records, including new shareholder registrations, account maintenance and static data updates, while ensuring all relevant controls and documentation are completed.
• Coordinate investor and fund reporting, distributions, dividend payments and KPI reporting, ensuring deadlines and service standards are consistently met.
• Provide high-quantity client and shareholder support, resolving queries efficiently, maintaining strong relationships and proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce operational risk.
