Job summary

EMPOWERMENT partnered firm is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their growing Transaction Services team in Ireland. You will work on broad, high-impact tasks with significant scope for accelerated career progression as you enter at an Assistant Manager level.

The role involves interrogating large financial data sets, performing due diligence on buy/sell transactions, and collaborating with senior leaders throughout the transaction lifecycles while driving knowledge growth in transaction

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years' experience.
• Big Four practice background.
• Experience in Transaction Services, Corporate Finance or Audit.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage with C-suite personnel.

Responsibilities

• Interrogate large financial data sets to support key investment and M&A activity, presenting to key internal & external stakeholders
• Perform financial due diligence across buy & sell side transactions
• Partner closely with your Associate Director/Managing Director throughout the transaction lifecycles

Collaborating with a team of less than 10, your role will be broad with significant scope for accelerated career progression as you enter at Assistant Manager level.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with your Associate Director/Managing Director throughout the transaction lifecycles


• Horizon mapping and enhancing technical knowledge in transaction services

Experience

• Qualified Chartered Accountant, through Big Four practice, with 3-5 years' experience and strong academic background


• Practice experience within Transaction Services/Corporate Finance or Audit with high academics


• Superior communication skills and ability to interact with C-suite personnel
