Assistant Manager / Senior Associate – Transaction Services

Location: Dublin or Belfast (Hybrid)

An established and fast-growing advisory firm is looking to expand its Transaction Services team with the addition of Assistant Managers and Senior Associates. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified accountants with experience in Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Services, Audit or Deal Advisory to work on a broad range of domestic and international transactions. The team advises private equity investors, corporate clients and financial institutions across buy-side and sell-side engagements, offering exposure to high-profile deals and direct interaction with senior stakeholders.

The Opportunity

Working as part of an experienced deals team, you will:

• Support financial due diligence engagements across acquisitions, disposals and investments.
• Analyse financial performance, earnings, working capital and cash flow to identify key deal insights.

About You

You will ideally have:

• ACA, ACCA or an equivalent accounting qualification.
• Approximately 3–5 years' experience in Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, Audit, Corporate Finance or a related advisory environment.
