Job summary

Gallagher is seeking individuals to join our team in Ireland. You don't need prior insurance experience; we provide training and support towards professional qualifications, helping you build a rewarding long-term career with us.

You'll help customers find protection, deliver friendly service across phone and email, manage quotations and policy changes, and work with insurers to secure the best solutions while developing your knowledge through ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Willingness to learn and work towards professional insurance qualifications.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers to understand their needs and help them explore suitable insurance options.
• Build lasting relationships by delivering excellent customer service and support.
• Provide guidance on a range of personal insurance products.
• Prepare and manage quotations, renewals and policy changes.
• Work closely with insurers and underwriters to find the best solutions for customers.
• Support customers across phone, email and other communication channels.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Continue developing your knowledge and professional skills through ongoing training and development opportunities.
