Job summary

ZuCar Athlone is recruiting for dynamic individuals to join the Customer Experience team as Trainee Experience Guides. No proven car sales track record required; you will be paid a salary, not commission.

This is a comprehensive six-month training program within the Joe Duffy Group, with coaching in customer service, database management, marketing and the group process. Prior experience in customer service, telesales or retail sales is welcome.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service experience is advantageous.
• Experience in telesales or retail sales is welcome.
• Strong communication and listening skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer experiences for ZuCar guests.
• Assist guests in finding suitable vehicles and explain the buying process.
• Support trade-in conversations using appropriate tools and data.
• Maintain guest-focused service and build lasting relationships.
