Qualifications

• Ideal candidates show strong customer service, telesales or retail sales experience.
• No motor industry experience required, but interest in cars helps.

Responsibilities

• Treat guests as you would a guest in your home.
• Explain the buying experience and let guests control the process.
• Assist guests in finding the right vehicle, physically or digitally.
• Listen to guest needs and help secure their car.
• Use our valuation app to assist trade-ins and provide information.
• Guide guests through the buying process at their own pace.
