Responsibilities

• Treat the guest as a welcome guest in your home.
• Explain the Zu buying experience and empower guest control.
• Assist guests in finding the right vehicle (in person or online).
• Listen to guests and help secure the car they want.
• Provide information for trade-ins using the valuation app.
• Guide guests through the buying process at their own pace.
• Stay present and strive to exceed expectations.
