• Experience in hardware or DIY or construction supplies environments.
• Open to candidates without years of sales experience.
• Industries include trade counters, retail sales or customer service in a technical/trade setting.

Responsibilities

• Speak with existing and potential trade customers by phone and email.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and sales opportunities.
• Build relationships and understand customer requirements.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Support customers with product information and advice.
• Develop new customer opportunities through outbound calling.
• Process orders and keep customer information up to date.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
