You will handle inquiries, prepare quotations, advise on products and work with field sales to drive branch performance. Applicants should have 1–3 years in trade counter or related roles, be proficient in MS Office, and eligible to work in Ireland.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a trade counter or customer-facing branch.
• Strong interpersonal and professional telephone manner.
• Proficient in MS Office; Kerridge (K8) experience advantageous.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.
• Experience in HVAC/building services sector is desirable but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face.
• Assist trade customers with collections, product selection, and orders.
• Input quotations and sales orders using the branch ERP system.
• Collaborate with field sales to identify opportunities and hit targets.
• Provide cover during peak periods and absences.
