Job summary

Heat Merchants is seeking a Full-Time Trade Counter Sales Assistant for our Nenagh branch. You’ll support trade and retail customers, process orders, maintain displays, and ensure a welcoming, professional branch experience.

Role involves Monday to Friday with Saturday 9am-12pm roster (time and a half pay). Competitive salary, leave, pension, Bike to Work, free parking, and development opportunities are available within Heat Merchants Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to build rapport with trade and retail customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their needs to recommend products.
• Process orders, quotations and sales transactions accurately.
• Maintain stock displays and merchandising to present a welcoming branch.
• Support branch operations including goods inwards and occasional deliveries.
