Job summary

Heat Merchants in Nenagh, Co Tipperary, is seeking a proactive Trade Counter Sales Assistant to support trade and retail customers, process sales, and maintain attractive stock displays. You will join a small, collaborative team dedicated to delivering a professional and welcoming branch experience.

The role requires flexibility to work Monday to Friday with Saturday 9am–12pm on a roster, paid at time and a half. Training and development opportunities are provided as part of our benefits package.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Ability to work in a busy branch and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist trade counter and retail customers and process sales.
• Maintain stock displays and merchandising to a high standard.
• Support goods inwards and occasional customer deliveries.
• Deliver excellent service and build lasting customer relationships.
• Follow health and safety procedures and support overall branch operations.
