Job summary

Drivalia is seeking a Trade Sales Co-ordinator within the Remarketing team. The role focuses on end-to-end lease-end processes, vehicle auction readiness, and building strong relationships with trade customers and drivers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the motor industry is essential.
• Ability to accurately appraise vehicles for bodywork or mechanical issues.
• Excellent product knowledge of various makes and models is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills to deliver customer service and build relationships.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Organize and liaise with transport agents to collect vehicles and return them within SLA.
• Coordinate presentation with valeting and AW to ensure proper photos and auction readiness.
• Handle lease end appraisal and ensure costs are issued correctly and vehicles described accurately.
• Oversee AI appraisal tool for operational success.
• Process lease end costs, invoicing, and ownership changes within SLA.
• Manage weekly auction listings to maximise profitability per unit.
• Grow driver sales and onboard new trade customers for more auction activity.
• Ensure all paperwork and systems are updated per procedures and compliance.
• Collaborate with Retail Sales Manager to highlight stock for the retail unit.
