Sysco International is recruiting a Total Reward Analyst to support compensation, benefits and reward activities across our UK and European markets. This is a full-time, permanent position that can be based remotely anywhere in Ireland, with occasional travel within Europe.

You will analyse compensation data, conduct market benchmarking and job evaluations, support salary and incentive review cycles, and contribute to strategic reward initiatives including pay transparency and job architecture.

Competenze

• Proven experience in a Total Rewards role supporting UK and European markets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience using HRIS systems, preferably Workday.

Mansioni

• Analyse compensation data and conduct market benchmarking.
• Support salary and incentive review cycles.
• Contribute to reward system enhancements and governance.
• Produce reward reporting and data-driven insights for stakeholders.
