The role sits within WTW Rewards Data Intelligence Practice, a leader in remuneration and employment practices information.

You will build relationships, support survey development, and deliver actionable insights from salary benchmarking and pay assessments while collaborating across internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in compensation, reward, or salary benchmarking.
• Strong data analysis and ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent client relationship management and service orientation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide compensation survey and consulting support to clients in Ireland.
• Build and manage client relationships with participants and prospects.
• Support development and improvement of surveys and data analytics offerings.
• Deliver compensation-related project work and translate data into insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams on project planning, data validation, and reporting.
• Engage with clients through presentations and ongoing communications.
• Contribute to pricing discussions and revenue growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate project data and documentation.
• Develop analytical and consulting skills over time.
