Job summary

Amazon Leo is seeking a Tier 2 Technical Support Associate to deliver timely and professional general and technical support to Amazon Leo customers. The role requires resolving complex issues, documenting steps clearly, and staying current on product features.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience communicating technical details verbally and in writing.
Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
Knowledge of internet technologies and ability to complete a technical assessment.
Fluency in German (spoken/written).

Responsibilities

Receive and manage customer escalations from Tier 1 support across phone, email, and chat.
Offer detailed technical support with clear, professional communication.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues.
