Job summary

Amazon Leo Global Operations in Ireland is seeking a Tier 2 Technical Care Associate to deliver timely, accurate support to Amazon Leo customers. You will handle escalations across phone, email and chat, with a focus on security and clear communication.

Shifts are rotating and may include early mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends and public holidays. Fluency in French and English plus German is required; familiarity with internet technologies and Microsoft Office helps.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with customer service and strong communication.
• Experience explaining technical details verbally and in writing.
• Willing to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in French.
• Understanding of internet technologies and ability to complete a technical assessment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to convey insights from analyses.
• Technical curiosity and quick learner.

Responsibilities
