Job summary

ARCS are recruiting for Full Time, Part Time & Relief Support Workers for their Autism and Disabilities centre based in Clogheen and Bansha, Co. Tipperary. The role involves day-to-day care, teamwork with leaders, and delivering high-quality therapeutic residential services.

The package includes an attractive salary of €37,000–€40,000 annually (experience dependent), with benefits such as training, health insurance, pension and various allowances.

Qualifications

• Support workers require a minimum of a Level 5 Major Award qualification in the care sector.
• A full driving license is required.
• Experience of working with vulnerable young people and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day activities in the residential centre as part of the care team.
• Collaborate with Deputy Team Leader and Team Lead to maintain a warm, secure environment.
• Support therapeutic residential services and assist with activities for care residents.
