Job summary

ARCS are recruiting for a Full Time Deputy Team Lead at their Autism and Disabilities centre in Bansha, Co. Tipperary. You will work with the PIC and Team Lead to deliver a high standard of therapeutic residential care and a warm, secure environment for young people.

Salary €43,000–€45,000 per year, with sleeping time, varied shifts, and ongoing training grants. Benefits include health insurance, pension, life cover, and extensive professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 5 Major Award qualification in the care sector.
• A full driving licence is required.
• Experience of working with vulnerable young people and families in the community or residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities in the residential centre.

• Contribute to delivery of therapeutic residential services and high standards of care.

Deputy Team Lead

ARCS are currently recruiting for Full Time Deputy Team Lead for their Autism and Disabilities centre based in Bansha, Co. Tipperary.

As a Deputy Team Lead and working as part of a team you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities in the residential centre and work in close collaboration with the PIC and Team Lead in creating and maintaining a warm, accepting and secure environment for the young people in your care and will play a key role in the delivery of the highest standard of therapeutic residential services.

What we can offer you:

• Attractive starting salary package for our Full time Deputy Team Lead of €43,000 - €45,000annually (depending on experience)
