Job summary

CPM International in Ireland is seeking a Territory Sales Developer to drive sales and activations for Suntory's brands across the region. The role combines sales, merchandising and field activation, focusing on availability of core range and activating store promotions.

You will manage on-the-road activities, execute planograms, and maintain data records daily while building strong relationships with store management and line managers. A full EU/Irish driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

Full EU/Irish manual driving licence is essential.
Previous sales or merchandising experience in the retail sector.
A good understanding of the FMCG sector with knowledge of the convenience channel desirable.

Responsibilities

To increase business and maximise sales.
To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager.
Adhere to a defined retail call file and journey plan.
Deliver and execute the agreed objectives and targets as set out by your line manager.
To increase Distribution and Availability within store of core range and process.
Appropriate orders electronically for all stores to prevent gaps.
To increase Distribution and Availability within store by implementing national and locally agreed planograms and promotions.
Record all data accurately and submit in a timely manner on a daily basis.
Sell in and build activations in line with company targets.
Merchandising off sales.
To understand and identify the needs of the customer.
Communicate effectively with store management and line managers.
Provide feedback at regular intervals through verbal communication with your manager/coach and through electronically generated spreadsheets.
Constantly strive to reach highest standards of performance.
Maintain CPM and Client standards at all times.
Attend a team conference call once a week and team meeting once a month/Qtr.
To generate new ideas and ways of working.
To consistently strive to reach highest standards of performance for customers.
To ensure at all times that you operate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasks.
