Job summary

CPM Ireland, in partnership with Vodafone Business, is recruiting for a Business Development Manager to drive sales and promote the Vodafone portfolio. If you have a retail or sales background with KPI targets and are looking to work for an award-winning global network, we want to hear from you!

Basic salary up to €39,000 with uncapped commission plus a €4,000 loyalty bonus. Monday to Friday 9am-5pm plus more perks.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face sales experience with KPI targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools.
• Full driving licence and own vehicle to cover territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory selling to SME and SOHO customers and meet targets.
• Plan journeys to maximise territory efficiency.
• Set telephone appointments and conduct face-to-face sales presentations.
• Accurately complete applications for customers and report daily activity.
• Represent CPM Ireland and Vodafone professionally.
