Job summary

O'Sullivan Safety Ltd. is seeking a motivated inside sales professional to join our growing team in Ireland. You will develop an established client base while pursuing new opportunities through targeted cold calling and effective CRM use.

This role offers hybrid remote work, a base salary of €36,000–€38,000 with open-ended commission (OTE) expected around €45k+, and flexible hours for the right candidate. Residency in Ireland is required.

Role Description

After 45 successful years in the PPE business , we need the right people to be onboard at the beginning of an exciting time of growth and change. We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic self starters, with proven sales ability , a passion and hunger to grow sales in an exciting and rapidly expanding industry.

This is an inside sales role with options for hybrid remote working for the right candidate .

Developing an established existing customer base combined with cold calling to develop and grow business is essential to this role. Understanding of CRM and Ai and how to utilise this tool to develop sales is important.

Compensation

€36,000 to €38,000 basic salary. OTE, with open ended commission, expected to be €45k +

Possibility for flexible working hours, 4 day week working options for the right candidate .
