Job summary

Three Ireland (Hutchison) Limited is seeking a Telesales Executive to join the Business Affinity team in Ireland. You will contact and connect with customers, identify their needs, and sell products to meet those needs.

You’ll participate in outbound campaigns, move prospects through the sales cycle, build relationships with influencers and decision makers, and identify cross-sell opportunities, all while striving to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume contact centre.
• Past experience in a sales role preferred.
• Proven track record in exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Contact and connect with customers, industry affiliations and partners to identify needs and sell products.
• Participate in outbound calling campaigns to grow Three`s customer base with campaign support provided.
• Move prospects through the sales cycle from lead to close; some opportunities close in a single call while others require follow ups.
• Build excellent relationships with influencers and decision makers in target organisations.
• Identify and convert cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Work within set KPIs and process sales transactions using internal systems (CRM & Salesforce).
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets while ensuring customer experience and satisfaction.
• Manage other customer contacts as required (inbound, email, chat).
