eir Ireland is seeking a Digital Sales Lead to own the conversion of digital demand into revenue within the SME Sales team. You will qualify inbound inquiries, manage outbound campaigns, and collaborate with Marketing and Sales Specialists to build a robust pipeline.

You will monitor performance, manage renewals, and deliver regular reports on pipeline health and opportunities. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong communication, and a proactive approach to achieve targets.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years of digital sales experience or digital marketing with B2B focus; SME experience preferred.
• Proven track record of managing a fast-moving pipeline with strong qualification.
• Hands-on experience running outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn) and paid search activity.

Aufgaben

• Convert inbound digital engagement into sales pipeline by qualifying and following up on leads.
• Drive outbound prospecting and demand generation across campaigns and paid channels.
• Produce pipeline and renewal reports, track lead volumes and conversion rates, and monitor renewals.
